保护小孩政策

1. 所有和未成年者工作的成人包括受薪和自愿同工都必须在还没事奉/工作以前通过筛查。
All adults, both employees and volunteers, who work with minors, must undergo a screening process prior to beginning work.

2. 所有和未成年者工作的成人包括受薪和自愿同工都必须在还没或尽快在事奉后3个月内上小孩安全训练课程(Child Safte Training)或完成CCIC 指定的安全训练课程。
All adults, both employees and volunteers, who work with minors, must attend Child Safety Training or complete another CCIC-designated training course prior to, or as soon as possible but certainly within 3 months after starting service.

3. 所有被定罪犯过对小孩或青少年者有性或肢体虐待的成人或曾经有过对小孩有不良行为的成人将不被聘请和不能在教会所属的未成年者活动或节目里事奉。
Adults who have been convicted of either sexual or physical abuse of children/youth or those who have a history of inappropriate conduct with children will not be employed and shall not perform volunteer service in any church-sponsored activity or program for minors.

4. 我们将执行政府所规定有关与强制性举报虐待小孩的法律。
We will comply with the state’s requirements regarding mandatory reporting of child abuse in compliance with the law.

举报程序

在发现,怀疑或收到报告的情况下,报告案件者必须和儿童部或青少年部牧者完成及提交案件报告(Incident Report)及马上通知长老做下一步的行动。
In the event of suspected, reported or discovered child abuse, the person reporting the incident shall work with the Children or Youth Minister to complete and submit an Incident Report and immediately notify the Elders for further action.
