Your first visit

We are glad you’re here! Register your family at the 2nd floor family check-in system. We will show you how to check-in, get name tags, and find your rooms. Families start service together in the sanctuary. After worship time, kids are dismissed to their classes for age-appropriate Bible learning, fun, and fellowship!

  • Children’s worship @9:15am

1st-5th graders join a worship service tailored for kids! Through worship songs, messages, discussion, and various activities, we share the gospel and build kids up to maturity of faith. We further aim to train kids to serve using the talents God has given them.

    Sunday School @10:45 am

Kids study God’s Word and “adore” God with peers of closer age. In a safe environment, they are encouraged to develop friendships, ask questions about life, "wrestle" with difficult topics and find answers using the Bible as the standard of truth.

  • Awana @7:30pm (Fri). @7:00pm (Sat)

Nursery

(Birth - 24 months)

We are more than childcare: We are a safe place where the youngest of ages are shown the love of Jesus, prayed, and cared for as they grow.

Preschool/Kindergarten

(2-5 years old)

Little ones enjoy a joyful, creative place to explore the stories of the Bible through hands-on activities, worship, Bible lessons, and play.

Elementary

(1st - 5th Grade)

Through worship, Bible teaching, and activities, kids are guided to experience God on a deeper level by applying His Word in their day-to-day lives at school, home, and in their friendships. We desire to raise up the next generation of Christ-followers: growing in their love for God, each other, and the world.

Awana

Awana @ CCIC has been running for over 20 years! Kids learn about God, His Word, and life application through large group councils, small group handbooks, and games. Over the years, hundreds of kids have decided to become followers of Jesus Christ! Bring your kids for a Christ-centered time of fun and learning with other kids and teachers. We look forward to seeing your family!

Safety

The safety and security of kids are of the highest importance to our team.

  • Families use a secure check-in/check-out system.  Kids and parents receive printed name tags with matching security codes. Each parent shows their name tag to the class teacher upon picking up a child. Security codes must match before a child is released.

  • All volunteers have an interview, background check, and reference checks prior to serving

  • Volunteers do not serve alone

  • Volunteers receive training in child abuse and neglect prior to serving

Serving Opportunities

The Children’s Ministry Team is made up of volunteers who serve using their gifts and talents joyfully and faithfully, making it possible to reach kids and their families each week with the life-changing Gospel message of Jesus Christ. We are excited for more volunteers to join our team!
